Integrated Wireless Solution
The TRCG Wireless Solution extends the functionality of CounterPoint SQL to wireless, hand-held devices. This feature rich add-on to your CounterPoint SQL installation allows for Line Busting, Physical Count, Order Pick and Verify, Transfers In and Out, Receiving and Inventory Lookups. Each feature can be configured quickly and easily, and a variety of options allows the end user to tailor the experience to the specific needs of their business.
Integrated Batch Collection
Is an option that can be used with hand-held devices in conjunction with CounterPoint SQL.
CounterPoint supports importing of comma separated lists for such activities as physical counts and receiving. The [Batch Collection Application] can either function in validated mode where scanned barcodes are compared against a pre-generated list of acceptable barcodes and item numbers and generate instant user feedback, or it can simply collect
and export every barcode it comes across.
Finance Charge Calculation
A must for end users who are using the Receivables option, this modification automatically calculates and reports finance charges allowing the user to edit, print and post the charges to customers with balances older than 30 days.
This feature is an electronic version of the Bound Book that the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Fire Arms requires of retailers who sell firearms. It tracks all of the information of the purchaser and the firearm necessary to be compliant with ATF regulations
Gift Registry
This feature is a multi-faceted gift registry. Gift registries are created and used through custom maintenance forms, and then updated either through Touchscreen Ticket Entry or with the use of a handheld Symbol SPT-1500. Included is a gift registry report which displays all of the relevant information concerning the registry and line items.
