How to Request Support:

 

For all support request, please call this toll free phone number, 800-944-0917 and leave your support request at extension 120. You may also email your support request to support@trcgllc.com for standard support.

 

Standard Support is available via toll free telephone and email during normal business hours between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

 

Extended Support is only for the “inability to ring sales.” This includes the inability to log into CounterPoint, to print a receipt, complete a ticket, or process credit cards. It also covers those who are properly setup for OLTE, but can’t access it. All other support request during Extended Support Hours will be addressed the next business day.

 

Extended Support extends the hours of Standard Support as well as covering weekends and holidays. Extended Support Hours cover 7:00 am through 8:00 am and 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, as well as 8:00 am through 8:00 pm Saturdays and Sundays except Christmas and Easter.

It is critical that you leave a voice message at ext. 120 as no other contact method is supported for Extended Support. Should you email support or leave a message at another extension it will not be received until the next business day.
